ECSS 2011 will be held in Milan, in the main Leonardo Campus of Politecnico di Milano, located in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci 32.

Leonardo Campus is the oldest of Politecnico di Milano's campuses. It was inaugurated in 1927 in the buildings which are located in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci. Over the course of the decades the campus has been expanded to encompass new campuses and given rise to a real and genuine university quarter commonly dubbed "Città Studi" (Studies City).

The Milano Leonardo campus hosts the main management and administrative structures of the university: the Rector's Office and the governing bodies, (Senate and Board of Governors), the offices of the Central Administration, the Dean's Offices of all Schools of Engineering and the School of Architecture and Society, plus some research Departments.

The conference sessions and the workshops will be held in the South Building of the Campus, in rooms De Donato and Castigliano (please, refer to the conference program for more details). The conference registration desk will be located at the ground floor of the Rectorate Building.
