ECSS 2024 was held at State Hall and Royal Hall at AX The Palace, located at High Street, Sliema, SLM1542, Malta.

AX The Palace is internally connected with The Victoria Hotel, where special rates for ECSS participants have been negotiated (details under Accommodation).

The Welcome Cocktail on Monday evening, 28 October, was held TemptAsian Restaurant & Lounge, on the rooftop of AX The Palace.

The Official Dinner, on Tuesday, 29 October, took place at Bacchus Restaurant (Sqaq Inguanez Nru 1, Mdina), preceded by a sightseeing tour.
